Meribel Health × MarketerHire · Foundation Roadmap v2
-- days to FDA
Foundation Roadmap v2 · May 25 to July 8, 2026

Seven weeks to FDA day.
Everything staged, signed off, and firing on launch.

Tiffany's pivot lands us on a post-approval blast: nothing publicly live before Wednesday July 8, then mass exposure on flip. This is the sequenced plan to get there. Brand locked. Website live. Content engine producing weekly batches. Paid social staged for launch day. Lifecycle email armed. Attribution wired. Dashboards reporting. One launch.

Days to FDA Target
1
Goal: Launch Day
v1 → v2 · What changed

The plan extended and the scope widened.

Foundation Roadmap v1 stopped at May 31. This is the rewrite that incorporates Tiffany's May 19 pivot, expands scope to web, content, lifecycle, attribution, and runs the full seven weeks to FDA approval day on Wednesday, July 8 (per Tiffany's May 26 request to aim for the week of July 7).

The four shifts that drove v2

  • Hold on the $5K pre-FDA Meta test. Pivot to post-approval content and messaging. Paid infrastructure work continues. Paid spend goes live on launch day.
  • Compressed to seven weeks. Tiffany's May 26 request: aim for the week of July 7 for FDA approval. Plan compressed from eight weeks; launch lands Wednesday July 8. Cadence: four foundation weeks, two build weeks, one launch week.
  • Scope expansion. v1 was brand + paid + content. v2 adds full website build, lifecycle email program, attribution closed-loop, and reporting dashboards across all channels.
  • Cameron replaces Peter on paid social. Onboarding week of May 25. Revises Peter's plan in Week 1, presents to client in Week 2.

Risk Register

What could derail Jul 8.

Surfaced now so they can be tracked, owned, and mitigated. Each risk has a mitigation lane and an owner.

R1
Brand rename decision slips past Friday May 29
Impact
Visual identity work stalls. Web layout references undecided name. Content batch references wrong name. Cascade into G2 and G3.
Mitigation
Lock the deadline on Tuesday May 26 in writing with Tiffany. Frame Friday May 29 as a hard cutoff, not a soft target.
Owner
Sam · Jasmine
R2
HubSpot BAA signature delayed past Week 2
Impact
Lifecycle email build cannot include PHI workflows. Consultation form data handling at risk. Closed-loop attribution pipe blocked.
Mitigation
Pre-stage BAA paperwork with Ishani in Week 1. HubSpot legal review confirmed before Week 2 starts.
Owner
Sam · Ishani
R3
Meta healthcare advertiser verification rejected or delayed
Impact
No branded paid social on Day Zero. Best-case 1-3 week lead time, longer if rejected on first pass. If not submitted by Week 2, launch-day paid is at risk.
Mitigation
Submit in Week 2 with full documentation. Cameron + Ishani prepare resubmission packet in advance in case of rejection.
Owner
Cameron · Ishani
R4
Photography and testimonial assets missing
Impact
Web design + creative deliver placeholders. Site visuals weaker than design intent. Lifecycle email visuals improvised.
Mitigation
Creative team produces visual direction in Week 3. Testimonials: ask Meribel for what exists from the 348 patients. Post-treatment consent form requested from Seattle clinic for ongoing capture. Video testimonials handled post-FDA.
Owner
Jasmine · Drew · Creative
R5
Clinic-side lead-handling SOP not adopted
Impact
Leads die in the gap between HubSpot and clinic. CPL looks fine, conversion to procedure tanks.
Mitigation
SOP drafted in Week 4 workshop. Training rolled out Week 5. Sam validates adoption in Week 7 E2E test with sample data.
Owner
Sam · Seattle clinic lead
R6
Asana not adopted by Meribel
Impact
Seven parallel workstreams without a shared source of truth. Coordination drag. Status updates duplicated across channels.
Mitigation
Recommend license in Week 1. Set up shared workspace day one. Get Tiffany + Ishani actively using it by Week 2.
Owner
Sam
