← Foundation Roadmap v2
Week of May 25 to May 31, 2026 · Week 1 of 7

The week the brand foundation locks, the CRM choice gets made, and Cameron picks up paid.

Week 1 of the revised seven-week sprint to FDA day (per Tiffany 5/26 request to aim for the week of July 7). Tuesday at 1pm PT is the brand foundation presentation with Tiffany. Jasmine and Sam walk through positioning, personas, customer journey, and rename options. Friday May 29 is the G1 gate: Tiffany's decision on the rename plus the rest of the brand foundation. CRM and CMS recommendation lands the same week. Cameron onboards as Peter's replacement and revises the paid social plan for a Week 2 client present. Rafid is out of office; briefs queued for his Week 2 return.

What landed between May 18 and May 24.

Tiffany's May 19 pivot to a post-FDA blast triggered a full rewrite of the sprint. By Friday May 22 the team had a deployed Foundation Roadmap v2, a new paid social copilot onboarded, and a brand foundation deck ready for Tuesday. Sat May 23 Tiffany call covered tech stack progress and the shared inbox ask.

Foundation Roadmap v2 deployed at meribelhealth.mh1.app/foundation-roadmap-v2/. Now compressed to seven weeks, seven workstreams, five decision gates, sequenced to FDA day Wednesday July 8 per Tiffany 5/26 request. Shared with Tiffany.
Cameron onboarded as paid social copilot replacing Peter. Onboarding doc live at meribelhealth.mh1.app/cameron-onboarding/. First 1:1 with Sam scheduled Monday.
Brand foundation deck prepped for Tuesday's Tiffany presentation. Positioning, personas, customer journey, and rename slate built by Jasmine + Sam.
CRM/CMS discussion completed with Jeff (5/21). HubSpot Enterprise emerging as the HIPAA-compliant CRM recommendation. Webflow vs HubSpot CMS pending final call.
Eric role clarified: Meribel ops engineering, not legal/regulatory. Tiffany handles all legal review on the Meribel side. Memory and routing rules updated.
Sat 5/23 Tiffany 1:1 on tech stack progress and the shared team email ask. Outputs feed Monday morning briefing.
Tiffany pivot accepted: $5K pre-FDA Meta test held, paid spend moves to launch day, sprint extended to mid-July. v2 reflects the new posture end-to-end.
AI knowledge base inputs gathered from physician interviews (Drs. Gumbs and Milone) and Gareth founder interview. Ready to seed Rafid's Week 2 content engine.
This Week's Lanes

Five owners. Tuesday is the unlock. Friday is the lock.

Tuesday's brand presentation surfaces every foundation question Tiffany needs to answer. Friday is the deadline for her to come back with decisions. CRM/CMS recommendation runs in parallel and lands by Thursday. Cameron does the heavy lift on the paid plan revision so Week 2 starts with a client-ready deck. Rafid is out; the briefs are queued for his return.

The inputs we need back from Tiffany, Ishani, and Gareth.

Friday May 29 G1 deadline frames everything below. Tiffany owns the brand foundation call and the platform commitments. Operating Discipline

Pre-FDA rules for every asset this week.

FDA-regulated MedTech, pre-clearance. Nothing publicly live before Wednesday July 8. Brand foundation, internal planning, and infrastructure only. Every claim locatable in the AI knowledge base, or it does not ship.

Do

  • Run pre-FDA posture: brand foundation, infrastructure, internal planning, AI KB intake
  • Treat Tuesday May 26 1pm PT as the anchor meeting of the week
  • Lock Friday May 29 as G1 deadline in writing with Tiffany
  • Reference Thermora as a name only in any draft. No outcome language
  • Every clinical claim cites Sias and Milone 2025 or another peer-reviewed source by name
  • Every claim is locatable in the AI knowledge base
  • Tiffany sign-off on any external-facing draft before circulation
  • Recommend Meribel license Asana for joint visibility from Wk 1

Do Not

  • No public publishing of any asset this week
  • No waitlist or interest capture form copy. We do not have legal approval
  • No "painless"
  • No "minimally invasive"
  • No "fast," "quick," or "rapid"
  • No "revolutionary," "cutting-edge," or "groundbreaking"
  • No em dashes anywhere
  • Do not loop Eric on legal review. Tiffany handles legal on the Meribel side

Brand foundation in client hands by Tuesday. Decision back by Friday.

Week 1 is foundation lock. Tuesday's brand presentation puts every rename and positioning question in front of Tiffany. CRM and CMS recommendation lands Thursday. Cameron's revised paid plan is ready for the Wk 2 client present. Drew directs creative for the new simple Thermora website and the visual identity that runs with it. By Friday May 29 the G1 gate closes with Tiffany's decision in hand, Asana stood up, shared inbox provisioned, and the seven-workstream sprint ready to ramp.
